Jackie Simon

PRESIDENT

I am happy to continue to serve as your PTSO President for another year! I have been involved in the PTSO since its inception at Midtown. I also served as an officer previously at the at the Merryhill Pocket campus. I hope to bring more services to our campus this year in the form of guest speakers or events which will support and engage our families. I have 2 children: Jack in 4th grade and Claire in 7th. I am an avid volunteer with Girl Scouts and CASA Sacramento. I also enjoy spending time with my family, friends, reading, traveling, and meeting new people. I look forward to another year of great community building on campus! Please feel free to reach out to me anytime.

Shelley Williams

VICE PRESIDENT

I am very excited to serve as Vice-President for the MMPTSO for the 2016-2017 school year. My daughter Madison is in 6th grade and has been with Merryhill since she was in Kindergarten. Previously, I was involved with the Merryhill Millcreek PTOM in Natomas where I served on the board for 3 years. Last year, I was a PTSO member and classroom representative for Mrs. Laudato’s 5th grade class here at Midtown. I love spending time with my family and friends and enjoy reading, camping, hiking, traveling and riding horses. I look forward to a fun year of activities and getting to know more of our families!

Winnie Kim

TREASURER

Winnie has participated in the PTSO at Midtown since it was founded in 2013. She has managed fundraising programs including: School Cents, Box Tops, and eScrip. Winnie is also looking forward to assisting with the event committee planning. She will continue to oversee the current fundraising programs and explore new opportunities to fund our events. Winnie’s children have been with the Merryhill family since they were 3 years old. Dalton is a 5th grader in Mrs. Laudato’s class and Cameron is a 4th grader in Mrs. Lopez’s class.
